Kim Kardashian finally steps out in Flats

Looks like Kim is finally getting to feel the pressure of pregnancy. She arrived in Paris for a date with Kanye wearing a pair of flat pumps and nice loose dress in place of her regular tight clothes and high heels.

I think she looks really good and relaxed this way.
