In pictures that are bound to irk her on/off boyfriend Chris Brown, Rihanna has been pictured getting flirty with a handsome man who isn't the bad boy singer.

The Umbrella singer was snapped with a chap called Justin Laboy on Sunday in a series of Twitter images with the pair affectionately pecking each other on the cheek.

The photos found their way online after Rihanna's weekend performance in Newark, New Jersey, as part of her Diamonds World Tour.

Following recent reports that three men from the United Arab Emirates were deported from Saudi Arabia because of their good looks, one of the trio has been identified.

Luis Suarez banned for 10 matches by FA for biting Ivanovic

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has received a 10-game ban from the English FA for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic during a game on Sunday April 21st.

The FA released a statement today saying:

"A three-person independent regulatory commission today upheld the FA's claim that a suspension of three matches was clearly insufficient and the player will serve a further seven first-team matches in addition to the standard three.The suspension begins with immediate effect."

Suarez has until Friday April 26th to appeal the suspension.

19 year old Nigerian Girl in the UK takes overdose because she doesn't want to be deported back to Nigeria

 

A 19 year old girl, May Brown who claimed to have witnessed her father's death in Nigeria fled to the UK to seek asylum. She married a British man believing that she'll be granted British citizenship but British immigration denied her citizenship with the believe that her marriage is sham, as in paper marriage.

The girl, in what seems to be a desperate move, overdose a few days to getting deported to Nigeria and is now battling for her life in a hospital.

Meanwhile, she left a suicide note before she attempted to take her life.

185 killed, 2000 houses destroyed in gun duel between soldiers, Boko Haram

No fewer than 185 persons including women and children were killed and over 2000 houses destroyed in a gun duel between the  Joint Military Task Force, JTF, and suspected members of Boko Haram sect in Baga, Kukawa local government area of Borno State

The Commander of the Nigerian forces, Brigadier General Austin Edokpaye, confirmed the incident while conducting the Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima round the affected area.

Edokpaye said the suspected terrorists attacked his men with firepower including RPGs which usually has a conflagration effect.

According to him, it was the conflagration that consumed the town insisting that the resultant deaths should be blamed on the Boko Haram sect who used civilians as human shield while attacking his men.

Ejigbo LCDA Chairman Abductors Demand One Million DOLLARS

The abductors of the Chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area, (LCDA), Kehinde Oladapo Kolade Bamigbetan have demanded $1 Million as ransom. The chairman was kidnapped by four gunmen at about 11pm yesterday night on his way back from an event after he closed from work. 

They got in touch with his wife and told her the money must be paid for Mr Kehinde to be released alive. Mr Kehinde was also the Chief Press Secretary to former Governor Bola Tinubu.

Ejigbo LCDA Chairman kidnapped

The Chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area, LCDA, Mr Kehinde Bangbetan was  kidnapped in Lagos yesterday.

Details surrounding his kidnapped are still sketchy but I know his driver managed to escape the kidnappers.

Oba Akanni of Ado-Odo area of Ogun State was beaten and stripped, and his palace was razed by some aggrieved youths. The monarch, had been having a running battle with some interest groups in the community, who allegedly did not want him despite a Supreme Court judgement validating his appointment three years ago.

Oba Akanni was hospitalised following the severe beating he received from the rampaging youths. The burnt palace has also been deserted as wives, children, family members and servants fled the area apparently for fear of being attacked again.

This is something that has been bothering me for a while. It's sending me crazy and a I need advice quickly before I make the wrong move. This problem is not particularly about me but about my friend, Jane (Not real name).

Jane has been married to Paul for 10 years without a child.  Before she got married, she dated him for over 3 years and I still remember how excited she was when he finally proposed. She couldn't stop looking at the ring and telling me how lucky she felt. She started planning the wedding immediately and it was a very successful wedding.

I'm sure every body has heard about the terrible last Friday's multiple accident on the Benin-Ore Road, in Igbogui, Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo State. The mass burial will be held Saturday (today).

I've passed that road on my way to Benin several times and I must say it's a death trap. Inshort, I've driven from Lagos through that road to Benin once and I remember how mad at me my elder sister was. She said I was putting my life on the line as it was considered a very dangerous venture because of the terrible state of the road.

Kenny Ogungbe 'too old' to drag issues with 2face

I'm glad Kenny Ogungbe has finally realized that he's no longer so young afterall. The guy used to really piss me off on his PrimTime show because of his very childish behavior.

According to gists, even though we all thought 2face and Kenny Ogungbe's music label, Kennis Music, parted ways amicably back in 2004, it might not be as we thought.

When asked by an Encomium reporter why he didn't attend 2face Idibia's Dubai wedding, Mr Ogungbe replied:

"I don't think it is something you should ask me. Go and ask 2face why Primetime and Kennis Music were not in attendance. I am too old to start joining issues with people"

Breathtaking Photos of the most magical caves in the world

These caves are so breathtakingly beautiful that it's difficult to believe that they actually exists. Some men came across the magical caves by chance while on expedition near the Mutnovsky volcano, some 45 miles south of the regional capital of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

The incredible lights shining purple, blue, green and yellow are no computer trickery - they are the result of sunlight streaming through the glacial ice into the hidden world below.

Fire guts Alade Market

The rate at which markets get burnt down in Lagos these days is worrying.

Alade market at Allen Junction in Ikeja yesterday evening was gutted by fire. The fire which started around 7pm was caused by power surge which went wide. Nine shops were affected, and goods worth millions of naira were burnt. The timely arrival of rescue agencies, however saved the market from being completely razed down.

Na wao. I pity for those people with boutiques and especially the bureau de change malams.
