Seriously, I feel bad for this guy. How many Nigerians of his generation know anything about the internet and websites. I'm sort of filled with pity for him.
Information reaching Yimiton Blog this morning confirms that Mr Obafaiye Shem, the Lagos Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC), made popular by 'my oga at the top' interview, has been suspended by the Internal Affair Ministry.
While the details of his suspension is still not clear as at the time of this post, I can confidently say it must be related to the embarrassing interview Mr Shem granted to Channels Television early in the Week.

The issue here is more than knowing about internet or websites. It just shows the gross incompetence of people heading many govt establishments. There are ways you can intelligently respond to a question even if you don't know the answer. We should stop making excuses for mediocrity.
ReplyDeleteThat guy went beyond making a fool of himself, he made a fool of Nigeria. Enough said.
Hehehehe, gbam!

Na wao, you're pitying him and you have several posts on his dance of shame. Nigerians are hypocrites.
