These two can't seem stay away from each other. Rihanna and Chris Brown were celebrating her 25th birthday together in Hawaii today with Rihanna wearing what appeared like fishnet over her bikini and her boyfriend's short almost falling off.
Looks like Chris Brown can't keep his shorts up too.
